1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PayCryptoPal, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use PayCryptoPal. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration and KYC

To comply with US federal regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and FinCEN requirements, we require identity verification (KYC) for all users. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Submit valid government-issued identification
  • Provide your Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number
  • Verify your residential address
  • Update your information promptly if it changes

4. Money Services Business (MSB) Compliance

PayCryptoPal operates as a Money Services Business registered with FinCEN. We comply with all applicable federal and state money transmitter laws, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) regulations.

5. Transaction Limits

Transaction limits apply based on your verification status:

  • Unverified accounts: $500 per transaction, $2,000 per month
  • Verified accounts: $10,000 per transaction, $50,000 per month
  • Enhanced verification: Higher limits available upon request

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use PayCryptoPal for:

  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Transactions involving sanctioned countries or individuals (OFAC compliance)
  • Illegal gambling or unlicensed money transmission
  • Purchase of illegal goods or services
  • Fraudulent or deceptive practices

7. Suspicious Activity Reporting

We are required by law to monitor transactions and report suspicious activity to FinCEN. We may freeze, suspend, or terminate your account if we detect suspicious activity, and we are prohibited from informing you of such reports.

8. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and involve significant risk. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency values are volatile and you may lose your entire investment. PayCryptoPal is not responsible for market fluctuations or losses.

9. Fees and Charges

PayCryptoPal charges transaction fees as disclosed at the time of each transaction. Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice. Network fees (blockchain transaction fees) are additional and vary based on network congestion.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time by withdrawing all funds and contacting support.

11. Limitation of Liability

PayCryptoPal is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of PayCryptoPal after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
